    Few info about Hacking issues

    To break it down quickly, i ve been hacked 2 days ago but managed to retain control of my account. Still all my gils, shards and crystal have been robbed and for what it s worth we re talking big numbers here as i spent most of my time crafting and trading.

    I submitted the "account compromission" form 2 days ago now, with all documents required and i am hoping to get my char and retainers rolled back to where they where before the hack.
    I haven't yet recieved any news from SE customer support, not even a basic aknowledgment that my issue has been recieved let alone investigated. Pretty unerving as the best outcome possible for me would be a rollback thus technically depriving me of any incentive to play my character until they reach a decision.

    So i wanted to know if anyone who fell prey to hackers has been able to recover their belongings with the help of SE and how long it took for them to get any help from the support.
