Shinra Inc. is currently looking for members to fill our ranks. We were founded by a group of friends who have years of MMO experience playing together. We have a small and tight knit community that enjoys end game PvE content. We require our members to use mumble for voice chat during raids, and our server is usually very active outside of raid times for those who enjoy chatting with others while you play. Everybody is willing to help each other out with various crafting and PvE content when we aren't busy. Even if you aren't looking for a raiding guild and are a good player who just wants to casually run dungeons and hang out with other good players we have a place for you.

Our raid times are 9pm-12pm Monday thru Thursday. We started raiding on 10/8/2013 and managed to down HM Titan and turns 1 thru 3 in our first week of raiding. We are currently getting to the final wave on turn 4 and should defeat the turn during the 10/21-10/25 raiding week. We are currently looking for 1 healer for a core spot on the group 1 team.

We understand the IRL stuff happens and sometimes you can't make it to a raid night, which is why we run a rotating raid roster for our coil group. We plan on keeping 3 tanks, 5-6 dps, and 3 healers on our coil roster and rotating who gets to see a fight each week. If you sit for a fight one week, then you will not sit for a fight the next. The only exception to this rule is for progression content. I will choose what I feel is the best team for a given fight in order to get the first kill as quickly as possible as we are a progression oriented guild. I understand this type of raiding isn't for everybody but it works well and assures that people who have lives outside of this game can seek progression and that the fc has a company group to raid on scheduled days instead of having to pug people.
