Steps:

This is a recurring issue and does not seem to be initiated by any steps or actions on my part.

The problem specifically is that during a dungeon—mostly with groups through the Duty Finder—a member of the party will appear to freeze in place. The party member will still take damage and will inflict damage to enemies. The party member will not appear frozen to anyone else but me, and I will not be able to select their character for Healing spells or other Support spells. I can fix this issue by using Return and warping to the beginning of the dungeon, and then re-join my party.
