Alright, I'm not saying this should work like XI, but in XI, you resisted based on fractional amounts (1/8-7/8). The more fire resistance you had first meant the more likely you were to resist at all, and then meant that you were more likely to resist MORE of the damage.

A player with 150 fire resist was more likely to resist than a player with 50, and more likely to resist more than the player with 50. Both could resist none at all, and though very very unlikely, both could resist the maximum amount.

How about this game? How do resist work? Are they flat chance to resist? Flat amount resisted, or does it work like XI?
