The game crashes when I click star

I just got the game today. I put it in download, update, and start. At first it would shut down right after i pressed log in. Now I can view the video but when i click start an error pops up and it shuts down again. Can anyone help? I really wanna play!!

You'll have to post your graphics card to confirm. You can get that information by opening your programs list and doing a search for "dxdiag" - Click the display tab for graphics card info.

make sure u get a required graphic card i bought a new computer then this happen to me, then right when i put in a newer graphic card i can play.Also go on canirunit.com
