TITAN HARD MODE AETHERYTE BUG - PLEASE FIX SE

This is the second week I have had this problem. I cannot complete the "In a Titan spot". When I attune to the aetheryte, it says quest accepted, duty finder updates, etc. But it never completes the quest. Therefor, I cannot move on to Titan HM. I have completed all other HM battles.

I posted about this last week but received no reply. And for some reason it says I cannot reply to that thread...? So I am posting a new one.

Square Enix, please advise me on a resolution to this problem on my account.

Have you made sure you have free inventory slots before clicking the aetheryte?

If you can't respond in your old thread, what forum section has it been moved to?

Wow. Thanks to Nekodar ^^^. It worked once I cleared out inventory spots, but I don't understand why that's a factor. It doesn't place anything in my inventory.
