Game resetting back to PS3 main menu

It's happened twice now. I'm entering a portal/door to the next area like from Old Gridania to New Gridania and the game resets back to the PS3 main menu. It happened the other day in Ul'Dah going from Steps of Thal to the steps of Nald down by the market

This has happened to me several times as well, usually when using an Aetherite. It boots me back to the XMB.

SE please look into this, as it's obviously a bug/glitch.

What utter crap is this? People are bringing up legitimate technical problems with the game, and the mods let the posts get buried hoping they will go away. Well the problem is not going away. I just had it happen again, exact same circumstances as above. Warping from Leatherworkers guild to botanists guild, the game exited back to XMB. Same character information as above time 9:42PDT Oct 19, 2013.

It sickens me to see the mods participating in whine threads about meaningless idiotic requests, when there are problems happening with the game that SHOULD NOT be there, and these threads go ignored completely. If this is the kind of service your paying customers will be receiving, I wont be one of them.

I have this issue very often as well with my PS3. Very annoying.

Same here when walking between the Adventurers Guild to the Market in Ul'Dah

I have never ecountered this problem on my PS3. Though , Last days I've been running to Gridania. Could you try remember some more spots and be specific and I will log in later to see if I can re-create the problem or something.

I've had it happen a few times using the warp between leather guild and botany guild, but can't remember the other instances. Now when I use that warp, I always cringe hoping it wont boot me out, but most times it doesn't. (if wondering why i use that warp so much, I do my crafting in the little garden beside the botany aetherite - a lot less lag there - but thats another topic)

Happens to me *constantly*, and it just started 2 weeks ago after a maintenance was completed. It happens to me most often when zoning from Ul'dah Adventurer's Guild to the merchant area. I've had it happen a few times in Limsa Lominsa as well. Also started completely freezing/locking up. All this started in the past few weeks. Game used to actually run extremely well for me and hadn't had a single problem like this until now.
