I've contacted customer service about 4 times since the game as launched and no answers one gm was kind enough to report my problem to someone but it as been 2 weeks and no answers.The other closed my tickets without answers or anything and one said it was in the wrong section i contact and did every ressources i could think off and im at at a loss.

Since i didn't edit my character or anything and i still have my 1.0 certificate with the collectors edition pre order i would like very much for my nation to be changed back to uldah i would just like a definitive answer if i can have it changed or not i am not to thrilled to have gridania as my city-state even if it is just cosmetic in a sense i played for a longtime as an uldhian and i would like to stay it that way since its my favorite nation by far thanks in advance for any help or information
