Nation changed upon loggin with legacy character (no response from customer service )

My characters nation was changed when i logged when arr was launched (i didn't edit my character or nothing i just logged in as it was and did not edit anything and my nation was changed from uldah to gridania cause i was an lancer when i last logged in)

I've contacted customer service about 4 times since the game as launched and no answers one gm was kind enough to report my problem to someone but it as been 2 weeks and no answers.The other closed my tickets without answers or anything and one said it was in the wrong section i contact and did every ressources i could think off and im at at a loss.

Since i didn't edit my character or anything and i still have my 1.0 certificate with the collectors edition pre order i would like very much for my nation to be changed back to uldah i would just like a definitive answer if i can have it changed or not i am not to thrilled to have gridania as my city-state even if it is just cosmetic in a sense i played for a longtime as an uldhian and i would like to stay it that way since its my favorite nation by far thanks in advance for any help or information

Sadly it's working as intended. Your starting class dictates your home nation, regardless whether you're a 1.0 player or not. If you wanted to be associated with Ul'dah you would have picked one of the classes that reside there.

They have said they were going to probably implement something in the future to where you can change your home nation, but there's no timetable for it yet.

As an aside, does the Fantasia phial allow you to change your starting nation or does it skip everything after how your character looks?

oh thanks for that i didn't knew that sadly no i already popped it and it only allows you too change your appearance nothing else
