they could just give you end game tokens or something as an incentive for ppl who are max to run lower level dungeons, it works in gw2.

As a player that plays Tank and Healer, I would love to see incentives for me to really want to use duty finder. I rarely use it anymore because I tend to get people that make runs longer than I am willing to deal with. For Example me and my FC members can clear an AK in 25 minutes with no problems and when I solo queue with duty finder I am lucky if I can get it done in 45.
Had an AK group this morning where the DPS I got paired up with could barely get the Demon Wall to 50% before the first set of Bees Spawned. While I am used to the wall dying before the bees spawn or a couple of seconds after. Things like that are what keep competent tanks from wanting to even queue for duty finder without a full group anymore.
Now if we had incentives that would completely overlap the "Why the heck did I do this to myself!" moments I get every time I solo queue for anything then maybe I would be inclined to do it more. SE can add incentives which would be great but it takes very few bad groups for a tank to not want to do it anymore lol. So I fully understand why people do not want to tank in MMOs generally.

This x100
If there is no incentive for me to tank lower level content i'm not touching it with 100ft pole... I already did my time not going thru that crap again...

also. alot of ppl do not use df for end game. they shout on their general servers. so how is it up to SE to fix df que times? and why would anyone df end game anyways? just saying. and on another note. there are farm more dps and healers then there are tanks. so naturally ques are gonna be longer for everyone. this isnt up to se to fix. its up to the players. but like i said everyone plays healers and dps so. i dont see the que times getting decent anytime soon. que times usually for healers in other mmos is about 8 mins. 20-30 for dps and usually instant for tanks to about 5 mins. but those others games have balanced population. to where has ff14 does not. so naturally que times are gonna be longer. ur just gonna have to have patience and wait it out if your going to use the df. sorry.
