Synth abilities

What abilities do you use for your synthing? What do you use when grinding? What do you use when trying to create a HQ item? What jobs did you level up just for the synth abilities?

Maker's muse, preserve, fulfillment, tender touch pretty much all the time. They all seem to do close to nothing.
I did get blacksmith to 10 just for maker's muse, though in retrospect it was probably a waste of time.

I leveled all my crafts to 10 just for the abilities. It does seem to me that makers muse, and especially preserve work. What I was more curious about is what R30 abilities do people use?

Ingenuity is very nice. I also variously use Assemble and Grand Design.

If I'm working a difficult material synth, I'm generally using Maker's Muse, Fulfillment, Grand Design, and either Ingenuity or Assemble.

Preserve and harmonize are synth savers, especially when crafting finished items like a shiny new piece of armor or weapon.
