Well aside from the smart ass troll comments on here, I would say, I agree. Range weapons are too short range including bows. They are the same range as provoke and it completely invalidates the point of using a range weapon. I really love the idea of the throwing daggers on my GLA. On ffxi, range weapons I believe was 24 feet and like 15 feet for provoke range with windower distance plugin if I remember it correctly. Very handy distance that the mob won't catch up to you on your way to your party.
