Something I notice about the ToS

I know how it says in the NA ToS they can ban you for no reason but in the EU ToS it really does not have this in it the closest I can find regrading in it is for buddy passes.

Also in regarding age restrictions in NAS it says only 13+ can play and EUs 16+(12+ in Germany and Australia)

Different Laws , in Different Countries .
TOS is and will be different in every Country around the World , but you agreed to it in order to play and thus signed a contract you cannot change , you can only disagree when the next time they change it but then you won't be able to play .

Most Private Companies in America can now fire you without reason as well......

Yes that would make sense as they are both different regions. The JP ToS probably isn't word for word the same as EU/NA ones either.

LOL. I think you need to first look up Right To Work.

The ToS basically says that you don't own your character or it's data. They do. And thus they have the right to deny access at anytime. Though it may say it using different words and terms, each region's ToS basically states that. The ToS also explains that since they own your character and your personal data, they have the right to distribute this information to a third party if so justified. For example, if the FBI wanted the information they could choose to give it up without seeing a warrant.

And you must be 13 or over to play, or have a parent or guardian's permission to play if under 13. This is thru for all games rated "T for Teen." M rated games me be purchased by someone 17 or older, though anyone with a parent's permission may play.
