My friend is in same boat as you.
He's been suspended for about 20 days now I believe, and has yet to recieve any word from SE about the suspension, or from the 3 tickets he sent in to support.

He used his old 1.0 account, so when his free time came to an end, he went away for a couple of days before coming back to the game. But when he tried to reactivate, his account was suspended.
He only played 1.0 for about a month before the servers got closed down, and his highest ARR character is about lv 38.


You're not able to log in on the support page, to submit a ticket right?
In that case, you could attempt another password change if possible, or hope to get help from SE on theese boards, wich is not easy to get either...

What about live chat support? Does that require you to log in aswell?
