I just tried logging in my account from a friend's house yesterday and they suspended my account (temporarily)

I did NOT get any email from Square Enix regarding this which I am suppose to have so based on this: http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...aqtop&c=2&sc=0

I had to change my password but when I changed my password, for some reason it kept on saying ID or Password is Incorrect.. (I made my password as simple as possible and it said "Password changed succesfully" so its highly unlikely I am doing a typo)

It is not my fault if the system is faulty furthermore I can NOT contact support directly due to the fact that I can NOT log in my account.

I am slowly getting frustrated over this since I've been doing this for an hour already

Any suggestions?
