I can't say anything about SWTOR because I haven't played it ( not a big Star Wars fan lol). Even if the subs go down to 200-300k even, that was Yoshi-p's Target. Anything else over that is an added bonus. I am 97% sure that with 1.5 million accounts ( and still growing) that it won't drop any lower than 200k. I mean the game has to literally suck in order for a game with that many subs to dwindle to almost nothing.
Granted that it has stabilized around 500k subs and is (sadly) making large profits off it's free to play model.... fairly well.
Anyways, that games issues resided in the fact that the original design team squandered a ton of money into voice acting. Needless to say, voice acting doesn't define a great MMO (it was cool, but not worth the investment). It also didn't help that shortly after release, a huge part of the development team jumped ship which gave little confidence to the community on where the game was heading.
None of this applies to SE in any way (aside from the making profits part) so that point is a bit moot.
