How can we be sure SE bans the right person for exploits if there's no transparency?

I think hall of shame would just promote to other RL issues, harassment, and stalking. What I meant was how they dealt with it and what they dealt with. Why do they think their ban is justified, and all that crap.

It would promote less cheating , knowing that you would be humiliated beyond a ban and not only that , we would all know you were a joke at that .

RL issues ? I did not say REAL NAME , heck you could simply stop playing or Reroll and try to be legit the next time and no one would know ..............
So really a Hall of Shame would work and there really is no Down Side .

In Real life you break the Law , you get a Criminal Record that can be looked at by just about everyone who knows how to go get it .
