3 Friends looking for a Semi-Hardcore FC

As the title suggests, a couple of friends and I are looking for a FC to experience all the content the game has to offer.

50 BLM (50 GSM + 50 LW)
50 WHM (50 WVR + 50 ALC + 50 CRP)
47 PLD (he started late and is trying to catch up)


What are we looking for in an FC?

- Semi-Hardcore FC that actively seeks to do End Game content. We have a lot of Hardcore raiding experience from other games but due to work schedules and other adult responsibilities we can no longer sustain the required playtime.
- Active membership that will help their members. Not interested in a FC that forces members to PuG content to "catch up".
- Carefree and laid back atmosphere (we like to joke around)
- Mid size membership base. Not looking to be member #200 and get lost in the shuffle. Want to get to know people in our FC.

What can we offer?

- Available to raid during weekdays 7pmEST - 11pmEST. Weekend availability will depend. Would prefer to raid 3ish nights a week.
- A plethora of raid experience from WoW and other games including being a raid leader in a Top50 world wide Guild.
- Jokes... jokes for days
- WHM and BLM are pretty much ready you Coil. We both need HM Titan still and are hoping our new FC will help us with that.
- PLD will obviously need help gearing up. Hence the desire to find an FC that has an active membership that helps it's members.

We are recruiting to fill a 3rd group and could use you all. Would take a week or 2 to get everything up and running for that group so it gives time for you guys to finish gearing as well. We also do Titan HM for people a few times a week so that isn't an issue
