achievement reward from 1.0

I post this problem before, but got sent to insufficient information, and was asked to make another one with template.

Not sure is this this the right place to post this,but when I reported this in game, I got a letter that told me to post in forum.

Anyway, I just realized that I lost my paragon's crown, which is the reward from 1.0, after I pick my achievement reward today. I search both retainers and the NPC, which help you claim your old items, and I still couldn't find it.

Since the letter told me to post in forum, i guess it's a bug then....

Time: During 2.0, not sure when did this happened.
Frequency:happened once
World name: Aegis
Character name: Tigerme Ko
NPC name: not an NPC, but it's an item. named Paragon's Crown
Monster name: no monster involved
Class/Level: Botanist was LV43 while other classes/jobs are 50
Party or solo:Solo
In-game time: not sure.
Area and coordinates: I found out when i was in gridania to pick up achievement reward
Steps:
1. completed an achievement that comes with a minion reward
2. went to pick up minion from npc
3. found our that I lost my paragon's crown

Edit: Never mind. You went to both the achievment NPC @ Apkallu Falls & the Calamity Salv. NPC by Mih Khetto's Amiphitheatre. I misread and thought you only went to the Calamity dude. Did you check your armoire in your room? No idea if it can be put in there, but might be worth a look.
