Rank 10 Chocobo leveling estimated kills needed

I am only a bit away from Rank 10 Chocobo. I'm interested if anyone else has this achievement yet? I'd be pumped if I was a server or world first. I'm going to keep at it as long as I can. Here's approximately how long each level took me. These are VERY rough estimates based upon how long it has taken me for each level (seems the same from 7+) and the fact that I'm just about to get the 50k kill achieve.

1-2 <50 kills
2-3 100 kills
3-4 200 kills
4-5 400 kills
5-6 800 kills
6-7 1600 kills
7-8 3000 kills
8-9 3000 kills
9-10 5400 kills (known from experience on lvl 49 mobs)

Your numbers are VERY different from mine. Were you getting max EXP on each kill? The fastest way I've found to level is job on an efficient AoE job, make a FATE party and have it out for DD in the Ceruleum Processing Plant. Lots of kills and EXP you get there.

Sadly, I solo'd mostly plasmoids in Dragonshead and some guys outside Bluefog for nearly everything but the last level that I'm now working on with others. So it's been a long road.
