While it can be for a variety of issues, normally it is not throttling or anything related to your ISP regardless what SE say's(Aside from the random connection lost 1-2 times a month which most companies experience downtime at some point). Basically the typical 90000 error is due to some kind of overload to your wireless adapter. So when you get 90000 your adapter resets completely real quick, something in the programming is causing data to jam up and reset the adapter. I am not sure if it happens when you are wired then if so its worse than I thought.
I have attempted many things to fix this error even spending more money trying to fix it than I have on the game + 90days sub. First I called my ISP to verify throttling wasn't on, which is when I found out they were actually upgrading their hardware to make it even faster! Second I bought a better cable modem(Previous was 10 years old). Third I reinstalled the entire game. Fourth I bought a better wireless adapter. Conclusion? Nothing fixed.
So keep in mind, if you notice you lose internet connections for 1-2seconds at the same time as 90000 (Though you will only notice if you exit game super fast or mumble/vent d/c for short period) its overloading your adapter some how and I have no idea how to fix that or if you even can :/
Your explanation actually make sense in regards to my situation. My internet does go down for a few second every time 90k comes up. Some nights it will run very smooth and some i will get 90k every 5 min. DF lag also makes the game unplayable making titan and AK pretty much impossible. I hope we can find a fix soonWhile it can be for a variety of issues, normally it is not throttling or anything related to your ISP regardless what SE say's(Aside from the random connection lost 1-2 times a month which most companies experience downtime at some point). thank you for your effort![]()
well.. i dont use a wireless adapter.. i prefer wired using rj45.. Also this only started for me about 3 days ago.... was fine for a month (even when lots were getting this error due to server capacity, i was fine!) so i dont think its anything to do with what you mentioned all i prob would have been getting it all along & not just starting now. While it can be for a variety of issues, normally it is not throttling or anything related to your ISP regardless what SE say's(Aside from the random connection lost 1-2 times a month which most companies experience downtime at some point). Basically this started when SE decided to do there last "Maintenance" ...imo summit went majorly wrong & they just don't wanna own up to it & instead leave us wait until the next downtime of "maintenance" where the problem will (hopefully) magcally disappear.

Also had this around 2-3 weeks ago: huge lag issues. Got fixed and was going well even on weekends until last Saturday morning. Was perfectly ok Friday night then when I woke up Saturday morning, the issue was back. Was hoping the maintenance would fix the issue but ping to server is still 100 ms or more higher than previous. ISP is still performing the same so this is obviously an SE issue...
So, by the looks of it se have done squat about this issue in the hotfix, great service! Wonder how many will be quitting this week! Very very poor to say the least, you can add as much content and other gimmicks in hotfix, but it means nowt when you cant play due to dc,s and lag issues.
Massive lag issues since this morning, even worse than it was before... Playing on EU, and I'm sure the problem is the fact that the servers aren't even in Europe. However, my usual ping of 400, which is bad, has been constantly 4000-5000 before getting disconnected. Please fix this Square, I cannot play this game at all.
I may as well cancel my account seeing as I cannot play even though I want to.
I did Coil tonight with my FC and everyone in the party had the 90k error at some point along with lag, one person had it before we went in also. In the end we had to abandon the run because of it. I assume it has something to do with either the transfers or patch as it's never been a problem for the last few weeks.
