Petition for change to World Transfer restrictions

Okay, I have a huge beef with the way the restrictions are done for the World transfer.

By no fault of the loyal players trying to actually play the game, some may have chosen to create their characters on Legacy server and some created their characters on a different data center (on the JP or EU or even NA servers) believing that once the world transfer comes along they can right the wrong by getting back to the servers their friends or other characters are situated. But thanks to SEs restrictions, this is not the case has hoped.

So my petition is this, if you're concerned with the economy so much, make it so that Legacy "characters" (not new characters stuck on legacy servers) face a steeper penalty if they choose to migrate to a newer server such as they can not take with them any gear that isn't spirit bound like someone suggested (that idea isn't my own) so they can not sell it back on other markets and restrict them from bringing crafting materials or something of that sort. Also reduce the amount of gil that can transfer to maybe 1mil gil for the character and 500gil for retainers (again this is an idea I picked up in the forums and thought it was a good suggestion).

Find away to allow characters to change data centers so we don't have to start all over again.

It's not fair to anyone that first, we were unable to choose the world we wished to play on and then punished just because we had no choice in picking that world due to character creation restrictions or servers being too full to let players join their friends.

If anyone other there feel the same please sign this thread and hope that SE will respond kindly to this thread.
