Account Problems, Hackers? Please Help

I just tried to log onto my account on Lodstone and when I got to the character selection page something strange happened. I saw three characters, one was mine (the first one I made and never touched again), and two others were not my characters. I logged out, and then back in. This time there was still my one character that I never used and another one that was not mine. I logged out, and tried again. All my three characters (one that I play as, and two that I haven't played as since I made them) showed up. What is happening? I just changed my password maybe 2-4 days ago. I do this often to prevent being hacked. It was an original password that I don't use anywhere else with a combination of letters and digits.

I logged onto the game and my main character is there, but I'm so confused. Have I been hacked? Is this a glitch? I'm going to change my password again just to be safe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i have 3 characters as well ,1 my main and the rest just to meet my friends in different servers , sometime i login and i dont see my main , other time i only see my 2nd character ,, but i never saw a character that isnt mine ,, i dont think its hack since the lodestone seems have some issues because i saw a thread about lodstone search doesn't show any FC on a server (i forgot its name ) when there are alot there ,

for characters thu check your mog station if you still see that you have characters that aren't yours send a ticket to SE to clear that up .

Thank you for the help. I checked Mogstation and my characters are all there. I also sent in a report to SE but not a ticket. Everything seems fine now, hopefully it was just a bug.

if you are concerned about account security then purchace a security token or use the software token (free) and you shoudl not need to wory abotu your account being hacked unless there is a major security breach on SE's side of things. if you dont use a security/software token and you get hacked then its your own fault. SE provides options to improve security but its up to you if you choose to ignore it or not
