I was doing some research and looking through cross class skills. I found what I thought would be some nice cross class skills to add to both my character and my friends character.

However, I then read that by having your job equipped you can not use all the cross class skills. I am a summoner, and I plan to further level up my thaumaturge to unlock swift cast, which seems fairly normal. I also wanted to level up a conjurer to unlock aero, with the hopes of macroing bio, thunder, and aero together.

Now I am under the impression that I can not use conjurer skills as long as I am a summoner though, meaning no aero for me.

The same thought crossed my mind for my friends Warrior. I assumed he could highly benefit from Lancers Keen Fury, and Invigorate abilities.. but now that appears to be impossible.

Can someone please shine some light on this.
