Tank mentality.

My 2c, i mainly have had good experience with tanks and DF in general. That being said, if i run into one of the elitist d-bags it mostly happens to be a tank. However i dont think that this has anything to do with the role of the tank but rather the short queue times on the DF.

D-bags want to get their runs in as fast as possible and if you want that you have to roll a tank. If dps or healers had the shortest queue times i think you would see more d-bags in that camp.

Exactly, I myself started as a healer (Con/WM), at about level 30 I started having que times(Blasted Scholars, a pox on you all !)! The hell with that I said, so I started leveling Gladiator, to end up where I am today, a tank. I don't hate tanking, but I didn't do it out of joy, I did it out of need. If I have to suffer to que fast, then my tolerance for BS is small cause tanking ain't nearly as fun as healing. I tried going back to healing, but when I'd go DF as a WM, I'd get paired up with short bus Tanks who couldn't hold aggro to save their lives. Out of all the classes, the Tank can't, and I mean absolutely CAN NOT be an idiot. For this reason I Tank as my main class now, it's no fun when your tanks an idiot. Someone's gotta do it though right? I'm grumpy, but I am very good at my job.
Only trouble I've had so far is in AK when the other players are higher geared than me. I can't stand losing hate, feels like I'm not doing my job as Paladin if I can't at least do that.



My favorite Dungeon so far is AV, the second boss (ol one eye) is fun to fight. Puts a smile on my face when a Dragoon doesn't pay attention and get's OHKoed by one eyes swing. Hahahha, suckerrrrrr.
