this is why i dont generally pug as a tank.

if i set kill order, i expect my dps to follow it, because having one target to heal and not three makes it easier on the healer. if they dont follow it, first time i'll try and pull it back, and ask politely if they could please follow kill order, if they continue to ignore it, i let them tank what they're attacking out of order and state clearly at the end of the fight that *I* will be following the kill order, if they break that, i wont help. normally at that point the healer will pipe in and ask the dps to follow order too.

if dps give me crap on stuff they screw up on, i invite them to tank, and literaly let them.

i've run in to tanks in 8man runs who want to main tank, who boss everyone around and scream at anyone who doesnt do exactly what they say, i tend to ignore them and do what i'm there to do. as long as you perform your role to what you're meant to be doing that behavious simply marks them to everyone else as a douche.

that said...

Dps really need to learn to hold back esp at the start of fights, everyone, tank, dps and healer need to work TOGETHER to achieve things, and if one person, regardless of role, thinks they can do what they want and go against the group, i'd rather take the 15min lock and leave the group. i wont behave like a douche, i'll simply remove myself from the presence of them.
