Seriously annoyed

I haven't been able to play much the last couple of weeks because of real life.

So I log in tonight and go to turn in the bombard ash I have before the end of the Moonfire Faire... except the vendors are gone. And the event has apparently ended.

The thing that really annoys me is that based on the link in the freaking launcher, the event runs from: Monday, September 9, 2013, at 1:00 a.m. to Friday, October 18, 2013 at 0:59 a.m. (PDT)

Today is only the 13th.

So now I have a bunch of bombard ash I can't use, none of the cosmetic items from the event, and its all because SE took down the event before their website said they would, which screwed me over.

Sometimes there is a glitch where the event fails to show. This probably just happened (maybe is still happening) on your world.

Honestly, that event should have ended a while ago imo. should have last only a week or less. Theres nothing special about event items, if they're available for along period of time.

It has been going on this long because of the server overcrowding issues and the fact that the game wasn't even available for sale for a few weeks after release while they caught up with demand. There's nothing special about them but getting screwed from getting it because the game wasn't even available would blow.
