Graphical Error Problem

In-game time: I didn't see it nor can I in the screenshot I took.

Area and coordinates: 21X 8Y,

Steps:
1. I did the quest "Big Trouble in Little Ala Mhigo" and was just about to follow Wilred. I decided to do the quest "Corpse Confrontation" before I went though to get it done.
2. I get to the spot and intiate the area and all of a sudden as the guys spawn my game freezes for a few seconds. About ten or so. I know it was the game as I could still alt tab out. I was also on skype at the time.

Other notes: This is the second time it's done it. The first time I was in a dungeon and was fighting the last boss. I can't remember which dungeon it was though. Teleporting away from the area fixed the graphics for some things. But the name plates and HP/MP/TP bars, as well as the quick bars were still messed up.
