High CPU usuage! plz help !

hello,
plz help ive been researching for hrs. with no results of fixing the issue. when im playing my cpu usage is always 70-94% on all 4 cores and I don't understand why my computer is well above the mini req to run this game. I've updated drivers, uninstalled the game, scan for virus and changed video settings nothing worked.

Im pretty sure that this is normal, just like any other mmorpg.

im playing in max settings. and I don't think its normal, most people I know that run in max are defiantly not that high so I don't think its normal.

Well, i have the same cpu and it runs on 30~60% on dungeons and normal areas but in cities will jump to 80~100%.

to be honest i see nothing wrong with how its running on your machine, i sit at about 80-90% usage in towns too, i have the same i5 cpu, the gpu is nice and cool for 57degC. cpu cores are cool as well

if you play on max settings there's nothing weird
