3 GCDs? Did you see your 2nd GCD is longer due to Firestarter has GCD but you aren't casting anyway spell inbetween the GCD?

Except that it's not, of course. Fire's cast time is exactly 1 GCD. Using Firestarter costs exactly 1 GCD. 1 + 1 + 1 = 3.

Edit: No one waits to see if it procs, you just use it as soon as you can. There's always a 40% chance you'll burn a proc on the Fire 1 you cast before the previous lands and activates FS.
