there is no scaling issue AT THIS POINT because the mp cost of cure does not increase i.e. even if you have 9999999 mp, and SoS being only able to generate a small portion of that, the value is still nominal - quite different from the case where if mp cost of cures increases according to the maximum mp pool.

to look at it this way: assuming SoS gives you 10 cures worth of mp, it will always give you 10 cures worth of mp. when the player mp pool increases, s/he has access to a flat increase in the number of cures which does not set back his/her effectiveness (increasing mp pool from 2000mp to 10000mp literally means 8000 extra mp for more cures with no diminishing returns). While it's true that having 8000 extra mp probably renders the need for SoS minimal, and a refresh effect in accordance with the max mp pool probably does more justice to the mp pool, it is not necessary because the mp cost or cures do not increase when mp pool increases.

IN FACT, with better gear, cures heal for more, and what was originally healed by 10 cures could potentially heal for twice the amount with enough Mind (i probably exaggerated but you got my poibt), thereby making the mp restored by SoS more potent.

however, with lvl increase and higher mp cost of cures, this may be a problem if not balanced properly.
