It's already implemented you could say, it's called patience. Sadly enough it's the tanks as they're pretty much the class everyone follows.
You don't even need to say ready you should be making sure everyone is following, if someone is still back at the last mobs stop attacking trash then complaining, I'm not sure about others but I have a few life issues that I must contend with. The tank running off without me will get them killed as no one else can heal besides maybe the Summoner. But this is without the point it's a team dungeon and you move forward as a team and not while someone is off doing whatever.

I was in a dungeon just before where someone was trying to feed his child, he said he'd be back in 5 minutes and everyone said it was okay as we could go get a drink etc, besides the tank who contentiously ran forward attacked trash then died then he began to complain. :/
