Lol again I mean common did you just have to chime in because it was my reply lol and yet you where still wrong haha.False.
The name you're using now, cannot be used anywhere else, meaning it does not exist on other servers. This is to avoid having people with the same name in dungeons(duty finder is cross server), and to avoid making people change their names when they transfer. I know this for a fact, because I tried to do it back during EA, when i wanted to use the same character on multiple servers.
Basically, once you have a name, you're stuck with it until the character is deleted.
Seen as there is multiple people with same names on different servers that I know yet again you are wrong and seems to be proven further down this post lol do you love being wrong ^^.Yeah, like I said, no. You can even go look it up. Only one with that name, and I CANNOT make other character on other servers, with that name.
It's called a Name server, and yes, it is real. They're used by international companies, as well as with games. Derp logic on your part.
"When a child has an imaginary friend, we call it cute and play along. When an adult has an imaginary friend, we call it schizophrenia and treat him with drugs. When many adults share an imaginary friend, we call it religion and get yelled at when we point out the similarities between points two and three."
*snicker* ohh but he KNEW for a FACT, didn't you know !? :P *snicker* Yea I was starting to think that as well, tho - like, hmmmm y u no click my link or even acknowledge it ?? o.0 Angry Righteous Forumer is Angry And Righteous ~
I know, right? Haha, that's why I was just, "Fine. Have some pictures RIGHT IN YOUR FACE." And I made sure to use my character's name since I knew a ton of people had picked it too. Or really, I could have picked any FF character and it'd be similar XD
Ah, well, job well done ^__^ i'd be very much surprised if he comes back in for anything else to say. = D
Looks like he crawled back under his bridge for the time being.
Yeah think he originally chimed in so he could say I was wrong as I have had a few discussions on here with him about how a PC plays the game better than a PS3 as he seems to think the PS3 is better lol but think he saw the opportunity to prove me wrong even though he himself was wrong lol after realising he was wrong don't think he's big enough to admit it same happened in other threads where he has been proven wrong seems to make statements that he has thought was right as gospel when questioned he folds lol

Derp.
You are incorrect. Look up Kaine Highwind on the the Lodestone. There are 30+ of them across different servers.
I did want to point out that Secret World does have cross shard name server, but only because chat is shared across all shards.
