Coloured "spots" popping up on screen

I have some artifacts when playing with occlusion culling on. (sometimes when i turn my camera a quick half second artifact will pop up)
Turn it off and test if they will happen again.

I've been running a couple of hours without occlusion culling, but the spots are still showing up, so that's not it.
