PS3 UI - Moving Duty List

ISP: Actually connecting from outside of the US right now. In South Korea, but my ISP is SKT
    Type of Internet Connection: Cable
    Internet Connection Speed: 1Mbit/s - 6Mbit/s
    Date & Time: 10-10-2013 - present
Frequency: Every time i log in, occasionally when I load into a new area / instance.
    Character Name: K'ahye Tia
    Race: Miqo'te M
    World: Alexander
    Class/Level: lvl 1 - 15 (current)
    Area and Coordinates: Everywhere
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: None
    Monster Name: None
    In-Game Time: Any
Steps: When loading into the game my Duty Log moves up to cover the mini map. this only seems to happen when I have more than 2 active quests shown in it. I will then go into the HUD options and move it back down but OCCASIONALLY the Duty Log will move back up again when loading into new areas / instances.

I've customized the UI a bit on my ps3, however I've been noticing that when i log back into the game, the duty list is moved up so that it is partially covering my minimap. I always go back into HUD settings => reposition it => save, but it doesn't seem to fix it

(sorry was being stupid and did not read the sticky before posting this originally. has been edited to fit the bug report format)
