Dungeon Help linkshell formed

After reading a lot of arguments in the General Discussion section of the forum regarding people getting harassed when they're going through some of the high level dungeons because they want to watch the cutscenes, especially if it's their first time through, I have done something about it.

I have created a linkshell currently called "Dungeon Help LS". The purpose of this linkshell is the following:
1. To give people a chance to find people to do some of the dungeons with, without having to wait for the Duty Finder.
2. To give people the opportunity, especially when it's a main storyline quest dungeon, to take their time and watch the cutscenes without other players complaining at them.
3. To give people the chance to learn different lower level dungeons as they get to them, without being scolded for making mistakes (instead, this is an opportunity for them to do the dungeons and learn from their mistakes in a friendly and helpful environment!)

What I'd like to have is a group of people who will be willing to do non-speed runs through the higher level dungeons (and even some of the lower ones too) This linkshell is NOT designed to be used for speed runs!!!!

If anyone would like to join this linkshell, please get in touch with me and I will attempt to meet you and send you an invite to the linkshell. I'm normally online some evenings and most Saturdays.

For those that want to join this linkshell, I want to apologize that I have not been able to get signed in recently. I am a truck driver and recently I have not been in a location suitable for me to sign into FFXIV for anything and this weekend I've got a pretty busy schedule. If someone wants to join the linkshell to help other players out with going through the high level dungeons for the first time, giving those players a chance to watch the cutscenes without being harassed, please post a response here and I'll send you an invite to the Linkshell next time I am able to sign in to play.

Shinies! Linkshell already does this kind of thing fairly regularly. Do you guys have a whole lot of members or just a few? If you all would like to join in with Shinies, we still have a good bit of room if your Linkshell is fairly small. ^^ If you want to just merge on in, that would work out. I could even give you, the Linkshell Master, a Leader position so you'd be able to invite. Or if you want to keep them separate, that's cool too. Shinies does more than just storymode runs for people, we also do other dungeons, have a ton of friendly people to chat with, and are also setting up a second RP linkshell for those who'd like to RP.

Our main goal is to build a community of friendly people on the server. Our only policy is to keep a good attitude and be nice to others. We only ever kick anyone for having a super bad attitude.

For those seeking non-speed run storymode dungeons to watch your cutscenes, feel free to look me up in game too as Shinies would be happy to help you all fill out your groups for this. I know even having just a couple of DF people when trying to do this can be annoying as even 1 person can still cause unwanted drama and just be generally impatient.

Putting my idea in with Shinies sounds like a good idea to me. Anything we can do on the server to save players problems with being harassed because they want to watch the cutscenes in those high level dungeons. Just saw a little bit of cutscene footage on Youtube of the Binding Coil of Bahamut Turn 1....can't wait to get to watch that when I get to that point. Going to be in game for a few hours this evening and then some of the day tomorrow. Will try to send you a message if I can!
