Content that you use a group finding tool to complete should never be very challenging. That only leads to players leaving groups on the first sight of problems and overall frustration for all parties. But at the same time the best rewards available should only be possible to acquire from content that you cannot use such a tool for. And the hardest of the hardest stuff should be so unforgiving that only a very small percentage ever get there. This way there is content for all but at the same time there is a challenge to be found as well.
