It amazes me people expect all these extra special customer service staff to be working on FFXIV when none of us pay a subscription fee, you realise these people would need to get paid a salaray right?

There is no special task force in any serious way for FFXIV yet, it's still in development.

RMT and botting/cheating is to be encouraged currently, since it's in development still this is the time they can change the game to counter this stuff.

Again STF is down for ffxiv till we start paying. Due to changes to the game, just keep reporting since ffxi's may come in for extreme cases. But honestly, that can be a joke LS name.
