    Nvidia GTX670 and Graphics studder

It mostly happens during cut scenes. Actually its EVERY cut scene. Also i notice it on the main login screen as well as on the character select. If you look at the background its not smooth at all its a bit jumpy. that is a bit intermitent but the cut scenes in game are a constant thing. I get a lot of stutter where it looks like my FPS drops to like 10. But my onscreen FPS counter still says im at 60. Also during the very first movie (like if you sit at the start screen long enough a movie pops up) i get NO stutter.

Running a GTX 670. I have monitored Heat/stress and nothing. I rarely go above 55-60 in temp and am only taxing 50-75% of my GPU IF that.
Monitored my CPU as well. Very little taxing on it and again it does not go much higher than 30. Is a I5 3770k at 3.8GHZ

Anyone else seeing this issue? ... At this point im really hoping that it is not my computer and is more of an optimization issue with Square/Nvidia

    Questions.

I might add that I DO play on a 42Inch TV that is limited to 60Mhz but i would not think that i would notice the stutter that much even being limited to 60Fps
