PC avatar stays in one spot on PS3... HELP ASAP

As the title says... even if we load into the same area. My avatar stands still... I'll be right next to her and she cant see or target me, but if she goes to the initial load point my character is still there and she can target it, but she cant execute any commands on my avatar because i'm not actually at the location that i'm show on her screen... also the mini map party dot is stationary... she cant see it moving even when I am. This happens even with my login on a ps3

we ran shasasta last night and the tank was stationary on her screen at the start point, but the enemies were attacking empty space and she couldnt tell what to attack.
