Loot rules on Duty Finder

maybe this question have been answered before, but I dont find it anywhere, so

what about the rules to need loot in Duty Finder? its linked to your primary class or to your current class?
I'm asking that coz I couldnt need on a piece of body gear to my lancer on Tam-tara, but I could need on a boot to all discipline of war
since I started as a pugilist and leveled to 50, maybe i cant need on anything other than pugilists items?

You can only roll on items that your CURRENT CLASS can equip.

However, some items are occasionally locked to specific classes, for example archer items stand out due to their +dex instead of +str, and so despite being Disciple of War items they can only be rolled on by archers.

because low level dungeons loot are bad set.
the chainmail sets (mar/war/gla/pld/hst/drg) are need restricted to mar/war/gla/pld
the DoW set is need for all other melee class

I figured it now, that body piece were more focused on defensive stats
rolled need on another item more focused on dps stats
