Craft with items from your Retainer's inventory! {Can we have it} ???

I find it odd that sometimes i have to stop and go to Retainer to take some minor items that i need for a recipe that i have to craft for me or for someone else.

At this moment i am doing a quest, CRP quest and while i was leveling with different items i have to go to Retainer and tome some items from there. Its ok, ive did it 100 times but after one point its frustrating.

So, {Can we have it} ? What do you guys think about it ?

I had the exact same thought every time I'm on my way to the retainer. Working as intended, however, so it's unlikely. Just keep the stuff you commonly use in your inventory for now.

I'd even settle for crafting log indicators telling me that I have items in my retainer for a certain recipe

Like 3 items needed, you have 10* (* indicating you have more somewhere on your retainer) or 10[5] (indicating you have 10 items on you, 5 on your retainers)

Rift currently has the ability to use items in your bank for crafting.
I like it. But I understand the reasoning here. Its all about the immersion.
If you in Real Life for instance had some items in the garage and are working on a project in the attic, you would have to physically go there to get them and come back.
However it would cut down on a lot of the congestion at the Retainer Bell/AH Boards.

Rift currently has the ability to use items in your bank for crafting.

GW2 went one further and had separate, dedicated bank slots for each crafting mat, in addition to allowing you to craft directly from your bank (actually, I'm pretty sure Rift got the idea from GW2, since Rift didn't have this feature when I quit playing about 8 months after launch).

if we have teleportation via shards, we can craft using items from bank.

Yeh this was great in GW2, it made it more fun! Why do we always gotta sacrifice fun in games these days.
