You are wrong on the rings. Gryphonskin Rings are BiS.

Can you do the same for BLM? I am full Darklight in every slot and one AK Dema Ring with a +1 weapon. As I start farming my higher tome set specific to BLM I would love to know what I may be able to pass on to add more value as I start getting coil groups.

BIS for BLM is to get every piece of Allagain i90 gear and then take off your BLM crystal. You can now use skills from every class and your equipment is not limited by your job Sick game SE.

I could make a BiS List for any class but that would require deep knowledge of exactly how the specified class works. I did this for Warrior because I have a deep understanding of the class and this still may be subject to change ever so slightly maybe a 1 or 2 piece swap but that's once I get there because hitting Breakpoints while being party buffed / applying maybe 4 stat points in something will require a 3rd crafted piece but as for now this is my best conclusion and I didn't see any others out there with detail =].

also for min maxers I suggest using http://valk.dancing-mad.com/ to see your breakpoints and what your class should aim for hope this helps =]
