Chat (linkshell anyway) "eating" text entries

My RP circle have a linkshell that we use exclusively for RPing. We have noticed multiple instances of random posts of many different lengths and of 100% clean content (not THAT kind of RP :P ) simply not appearing on each other's screens. It has resulted in long breaks in conversation and "... did you get what I posted?" which we hate poking each other with, so this bug is an awkward, fun-derailing not-at-all-minor issue to us. I can also see this creating communication issues on other fronts, but socially, we find this highly annoying.

To be clear, the messages are typed and entered as per normal, and the person posting sees the messages, but the others in the linkshell do not see the message. We have tried sending "objectionable" messages to see if it was censorship, but it wasn't. The linkshell just eats something at random. Re-posting the same text does not work, the message, that particular message, is just outright blocked. I should also add that any kind of "posting too fast" filter is not the issue here, as we're talking conversations often just between two people, waiting for the other to post, so no "rapid posting" is happening.

I should also mention that posting the same text in other channels (Party, tell, etc) does not let "blocked" posts through.

Also, logging out, back in, and re-posting does not let the message through. The server just says "nope" to said random post.

Additionally, we have tested with "max length posts" that have made it through just fine. As mentioned above, our issue is occuring with posts of many different lengths, from "hey, how's it going" getting blocked to a paragraph of "TESTINGTESTINGTESTING" until the cursor won't let us enter any more getting through just fine.
