Cannot log in?

So upon loading my launcher, I put in my username and passwords, click log in and... nothing happens. I will spam click log in, I will restart the client, I will open as administrator and nothing works. It does this every day but usually after restarting the client a few times it works. This time I've been trying to get on for an hour now and cannot. I've tried Googling this problem and searching the forums and can't find anything. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Start by clearing your Cookies (browsing data)... Sometimes what happens is the cookies on the computer actually stop the server from logging in correctly because they use old information... I haven't had the problem myself but I would start there...

Well I tried that but it didn't seem to change anything. Thank you for the suggestion though.
