Just tossing a couple of thoughts out there. I know the SE reps have already said the devs have a lot of stuff in store for 2.1's Housing release, but last night in FC chat a couple of nice ideas were thrown around and incase the idea's hadn't been considered, then please consider the following..

Weapon racks for all of those nice Primal weapons that you may have a surplus of that are no longer of any true use now that you have a Relic grade weapon. Cant trade these for seals, can't convert them, so they're just -1 inventory. Weapon racks allowing us to put the weapons on display, possibly with their own elemental animations active so they dont just sit there.

A bookshelf that is similar to the above idea, except the animations may or may not be needed as they may be too closely meshed together and that could cause a color/graphic overlaying issue. But personally, as someone who loves ACN/SMN, and has Alchemy leveled, I would like to see this put in, fill it up with every book from lvl1 to 50.

And lastly, a book pedestal, similar to the weapon rack, that allows you to put one particular book on display, open just as it is in your hand, with it's animations active if it happens to be an elementally charged book.

Just some thoughts, if they haven't already been considered.

I like the ideas. Being able to display gear you're proud of would be nice. I have a bunch of primal weapons that I don't use and they would look nice hanging on the wall or something. Too bad we don't get personal housing in 2.1, I believe it's only FC.

I know there is no point saying it, but I can't understand why they did prioritize FC housing and not player housing. It makes no sense to me! Anyways, nice ideas.

I would also like it if they implemented this. With every primal having their own weapons and only coil and relic being important I feel that the best use of those unique looking weapons is to display it as a trophy.

I'm not sure what the sky rim way is but if possible you can pick a bunch where they're hanging in the wall like a painting. (That'd the best way I can describe it)

Plz don't use ff11 system of maniquens (I don't know how to spell this word)


I'm surprise this topic is not so busy. . . Wonder if putting it in general would help spread the word/idea.
