    2HP Healed = 1 Enmity

    Your abilities that say "increased enmity" mulitiply your damage value in enmity.

    So it's fairly important to have a decent weapon to generate the enmity and decent gear so healers don't need to spam heal.

    When fighting packs of mobs make sure to switch mobs to keep your enmity ahead of healers and AOE DPS (BLM or BRD).
