I think there's pros and cons to keyboard and mouse, and gamepad. Quickly targeting members of your party to heal or cast whatever on them may be easier to do than on pad, but on pad using all 16 abilities on your primary cross hotbar is easier to do than using all 10 of your abilities on your normal hotbar. Keep in mind that in both these cases when I say "easier" I mean "more intuitive." You can do something well even if it doesn't seem intuitive at first. Healers on pad can get really good at scrolling through party members on the fly and removing debuffs and such while moving.
As for the actual PC vs PS3 debate... the PS3 looks a bit worse graphically, and the framerate's terrible, probably half of that of most pc players. Not to mention the culling's worse and the fog. The PS3 is just dramatically less powerful than most PC's these days and it shows.
That said, the game is certainly very playable on PS3, but I don't think the experience is as smooth or pretty as on PC.
This is not a flame war, and this doesnt matter as lower graphics do no affect performance.
Just ignore those ppl. Chances are they arent even in a FC
how can curing be bad on a gamepad? with 8 main content i can cure someone, and before my cure even gets off i have my next person selected
I only said that it adds a little handicap (which isn't bad at all), I never said that a ps3 user is worse than a pc user. I pretend to heal in end game with a controler...It wasn't my intention to insult any ps3 user, if you understood that, I offer you my sinceres apologies. The only way you can know someone is a PS3 player is if you yourself are on a PS3 and examine them. Other than that, the whole, "Watch the way they walk!" crap can be applied to any PC user with a controller (or hell, even server lag.)
So then why are you even saying anything at all?

The PS3 is going on 7 years old, what else do you expect? As for the actual PC vs PS3 debate... the PS3 looks a bit worse graphically, and the framerate's terrible, probably half of that of most pc players. It's preference but a lot of people can't accept that if it isn't their way it isn't any way to play a game. I am loving my time playing on PS3. Tried playing on PC but just can't get used to it but there is no way I'd judge someone for using keyboard and mouse over a controller. Also the controller feels completely different playing on a PC compared to PS3. If you have only tried the controller on PC and not PS3 you still have no right to question someones efficiency at playing on PS3.
I've just got an SSD for my PS3 and the difference is remarkable and will significantly help loading times. I would go so far as to say people will never know I was on PS3 unless they are themselves. People are certainly surprised if I mention it in a dungeon. The graphics aren't great but how in any way is that a hindrance to anyone playing on PC? Just some cheap shot to be better I guess.
You are a liar. I played on 2 ps3's and the loading sucks. Especially if I play for long hours. Sometimes when I do CM speed run the last boss vanishes...
What? This has literally never happened to me or any of my friends that play on PS3. This is a personal problem.
