Relics are too easy to get

funny how people always say that WoW is an easy game, yet probably has only finished the content via raid finder.

Or has not played before the Lich King installment. Supposedly WoW use to make you actually work for your final tiers in the Vanilla version, but it's being made easier and easier with each expansion. I mean, even when I was a healer for the final raid stages during the times where Lich King were the final expansion, it was kind of a bitch, but still easy enough.

I can finish a Relic from scratch to finish in a matter of 3 hours(actually did that yesterday with my WHM Relic). Not counting the 900 Philo needed. So yeah it is pretty much too easy. Does it bother me? Not in the slightest...it's just a weapon and almost anybody has them. It's not like a Relic back in pre Abyssea FFXI...where it took months to finish them...it's just a weapon...if they are easy to obtain or not doesn't really concern me. It's just a piece of gear with no real meaning to it, so why should I care xD

PS: Any type of content is only hard til you beat it the first time. I remember my group wiping on Turn 2/4 for several hours/days before we got it down the first time. Now we one shot them almost every single time. Once everybody knows what to do and how to do it, it is faceroll. Once we got the hang of Twintania it's gonna be the same with her. We barely even had any real attempt on her, cause we had roster issues over the past couple weeks. Now that our group is set and always the same, we will get her down pretty quickly, I'm sure of that. After not even 45min of trying we got close to Twister phase several times. It's just mastering 1 Phase at a time and once you got it down it's just a matter of repeating the same thing every week.

It has been the same in WoW Classic and BC...our first kill of Kael'thas, Mu'ru, Kil'jaeden, C'thun, Kel'thuzad etc took quite some time...after that every consecutive kill took less and less til we always one shot them...

I just want to point out that it's evident there is much more to this game than what we have at the moment. So SE has more than enough leeway later on to make it harder for us, than what we have now. So I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, until the next story expansion, to criticize the equipment difficulty.

the relic+1 is the best weapon in game (better then majority of all coil weapons).

Its a joke how easy they are to obtain...
titan HM is like EXTREMELY EASY to do... im pretty sure my fc can likely 4-5 man it easily...

my first victory on titan, entire pt was pretty much only geared in AK gear and with ifrit weapons...
It was still easy back then. Just took alittle practice to learn the fight and rotation...

this game is already WAY too easy...
and ive heard that primals are getting nerfed? WHAT!?

why dont u just make healers only have to use 1 skill to heal whole pt for full hp with infinite mana, make a 1 button to hold aggro on everything 100% as tank?
if i wanted to play wow, id go play that...

there should NOT be ANY nerfs to any difficulty in the game yet...

Tirion hit the nail on the head, if you think this game is hard or could even be hard, you don't understand how MMOs work. They are about memorization and execution, nothing more. You memorize a boss' mechanics, build a decision tree or strategy based on those mechanics and then execute it. Once you figure one out that works for your group you put that boss on farm forever.

I like this game, don't get me wrong, but there's a reason there's no esport side to MMOs. There is a very low skillcap required in any MMO to experience all of the content, and what varies most is the required time sink.
