I only use Bold Synthesis if I have 85%+ progress and 40+ Durability, otherwise it's just way too risky.
Rapid Synthesis I only use if I have a small amount of progress (60% or less) and barely any durability (like less than 25) so I can maybe save my Synth from failing.

There is no other reason besides wanting to to use anything but Standard Synthesis. Doing so, unless you are far above the required synthing level, just gimps your crafting. I'd rather get full XP/SP + the item than gimp myself in all 3 ways just because I felt like using a different synth.

Maybe if the synths were more "balanced" in terms of success rates...but right now, no. You can do better with just standard synth.

That is still your fault not the games. I've had no issues so far and I don't spam anything. I've started with bold and been successful and even did 2 "hq's" in a row. I was doing some maple lumber ar r6 and got 2 syths that did 8 lumber vs 4. My stats are balanced and was in my archer gear

I've been playing this game for a couple weeks and never spamed really.
    Ok doctor.

    Yes, it can be quite risky. ^^;
However, risk increases as you near completion. So if you're trying to increase the quality score in hopes of getting an HQ item it can actually be better to start off your synth with Bold synthesis and then shift to Standard if necessary as you progress.

    It depends.

If I'm grinding just to level up a skill, then it's basically tedious and I wish it would go a bit faster. Right now, having a TV or second computer for web surfing nearby is great for times like this.

If I'm actually trying to make something, then it's just right. ^^

But if SE decides to speed it up, I just hope they don't simply keep the same actions and speed them up the way they did with DoL classes. It's now a bit comical to watch.

It is actually pretty noticable and true. Alot of people on here put way to much though in what they are doing vs just having fun with it. Then calling it a game flaw. I do not sit down infront of a video game and ask myself "why is this fun?" " am I having fun?" "how is this fun?" When you need to think about having fun you lose out on actually having fun. Having fun in a video game is rocket science.

For example, where I work alot of parent yell at their kids for silly reasons. The kids get bored and ask to help put food on the belt or ask to help shop. Or most parents let their younger children cry (toddlers/ infants) due to how it would look if they acted silly. I try to entertain kids w/o acting creepy because a happy kid is a quiet kid. If you put too much thought into things you tend to over look the basics.

I didn't play re gather change, but the motions look ok to me. Very fluid imo.

Allright we might as well not fix anything then, just tell everyone to enjoy the game how it is, since of course its players fault that they are not enjoying it, can we put back UI lags while we are it? because if you can try to enjoy 3 seconds to open menu, then everything is ok, EVERYTHING IS GONNA BE OK TEEHEE ^_^

Also i want my anima cost to be doubled again!! it is a way to make people explore the world, while walking alot must suck but if players can try to enjoy it, it will be enjoyable.

I think the time investment is irrelevant.

The underlining problem is that the mini games are awful.

Fun is fun no matter how long it takes. Boring is boring the first time and every time after.

Currently enjoyment in MMO's come from advancement. One day it will come from activity. It used to be that way, i remember it, i swear.

your now taking what a I said to literal UI lag is a game flaw. Nor am I saying game is fine. Take my post for what i said, not go over board because you want to try and discredit whatI said. There is a difference between a game flaw (slow UI loading) and a personal grievence (crafting sucks) since you have a choice ti craft or not where you do not have a choive in opening the menue to do things.

Still if you think to much on having fun, you will not have fun. Plain and simple.
